Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. Additional exploration drilling is also in progress to expand and infill nearby high-grade gold zones, as well as to test new regional targets.

RE: NSR...

RE: NSR...

That was me. A share of GBR today includes the NSR, since you know it is coming.   They will announce a record date at which time you will actually receive the NSR share in your account. Think of it as separating from the current share. In theory anyway once that happens you can then sell the GBR share WITHOUT the NSR, do the GBR share is now worth less.

It shouldn't be much really, but you don't know how the mind set  of the market will treat it. There will be some shareholders who are ready to sell GBR now but want to do it after they have received the NSR. If there are enough of them selling they will drive the price down more.

Conversely in the days leading up to the record date the exact opposite will happen. People who want the NSR will start buying just to get the shares before the record date. So there will likely be pressure up in the days prior.

If you're in it for the long haul, just watch and learn!
