It controls over 546 federal unpatented mining claims and two Arizona state mineral leases which together comprise the Copperstone Project area. The federal claims cover approximately 10,920 acres. It also holds other investments and projects at various stages of development.

RE:RE:“ Kerr Mines expects final permit approval ‘in weeks’Not only is there NO money, there is no PLAN AT ALL!  No drilling plan which costs $$$ and could have been going on all last year like real mines do...no feasibility study plan which you must have to get financing and construct a mine PLAN which they do not have either....they have NOTHING.
