Choom Holdings Inc CHOOF

Choom Holdings Inc. is a Canada-based retail cannabis company, which is established as store networks in Canada. The Company’s Choom brand is inspired by Hawaii's Choom Gang, a group of buddies in Honolulu, who loved to smoke weed or, as the locals call it, Choom. The Choom Gang pursued a ‘live in the moment’ lifestyle and their energy has helped shape the Choom culture, which is rooted in the shared belief of cultivating time with friends. The Company is focused on delivering an elevated customer experience through its curated retail environments, offering a diversity of brands for Canadians across a national retail network. The Company operates through two segments: Retail Cannabis and Corporate Operations. The Company’s business strategy is to build retail cannabis chains, with locations across Canada in the provinces that allow for private retailers.

Looking good - nearly trading at EPS ?

Looking good - nearly trading at EPS ?Enjoying the action today and reading about CHOO's 10% investment in "Specialty Marijuana Products" ... very interesting....

Has anyone done a cash flow analysis on CHOO's cash flow and if so whats a good number for an average (established) stores daily cash flow?

I'm thinking $20,000 may be a little high as an average - but $10k may be a little low. My thinking is that $10k is only $1000 per hour and the average customer spends $100 so thats only 10 customers per hour.

Simple math, one store open 362 days per year for 10 hours per day doing $1,500 per hour:
362 x $15k = $5.43 million gross

20 stores = $100 million gross

Take expenses at 50% of gross income = NOI of $50m or .25 per share (lol)

Can someone comment on P/E Ratio in this sector?
It's got to be at least 10:1 so expect to see this to run to approximately $2.50 per share in coming months...
