But to have sucess in Europe and China, it will be very beneficial to have a huge award in the USA.

If we have that in our back pocket, the Europe and China developments will be much easier. 

And yes, I agree, the company should go where there is money to be made. So joint ventures or even an outright sale for 2-3X today's price is welcome.
