RE: GBR 2% NSR company.I would comment that Osisko, your "Rock Star", is losing money H over F due to asset impairments, etc. and owes $300-400MM borrowed on future cash flow. The company is bloated and the market has priced it accordingly. Currently hovering 10% above a 52 week low.

Buy?...maybe. Gold bellweather?...yes. Rock Star?...not so much.  Successful investment in this stock would require very good timing over the last few years. Hopefully some lessons learned for the future GBR business model.
