Great Bear Resources Ltd. GTBDF

Primary Symbol: GTBAF

Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. Additional exploration drilling is also in progress to expand and infill nearby high-grade gold zones, as well as to test new regional targets.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE: NSR...

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE: NSR...My guess is that within a relatively short period of time a price will be established, with royalty companies likely driving the demand.  They invest in all stages of companies and, based on the data to date, will be able to estimate a value.

Given that royalty companies value NSRs more than other investors (as the market values Royalty companies with higher multiples - given the optionality of the gold price and mine production), they should be actively buying to build up a position.

Overtime, and assuming GBR's reserves, etc improve, the royalty will become more valuable and I would expect a royalty company to make an acquisition offer for all the NSR shares at a nice premium to the then current price.

There is a good chance in 1-2 years the 2% NSR spinoff could be equal to the company's today's current valuation.
