My question is why on earth would people be dumping right before a licence is issued? Is 2-3 weeks too long to wait? Surely they must know the licence is pending. The shorters are going to keep this down until they know they have to cover. The question is have they sucked out all the buying pressure? How many are sitting on cash waiting to load up more right before licence is granted. We all better hope its a lot. At this point the shorters are screwing themselves by scaring off new investment.
