RE:RE:RE:Tried Tokyo Smoke Pause THC Chocolate-Awfulolive15 wrote: Hugely disappointing. I was able to sample Tokyo Smoke, Pause (indica) chocolate yesterday, made by Canopy. Some background, I've also sampled chocolate sold in California, notably Kiva - https://kivaconfections.com/ and Chong - https://chongschoice.com/, so I have a small comparison basis. Canopy's product was terrible. Taste was not at all appealing, thc effect was negligible. A friend of mine, who suffers from a chronic pain condition that interferes with sleep, and occasionally consumes thc product to help with sleep, consumed much more of the Tokyo Smoke than me and felt negligible effects as well, while agreeing on poor taste. It won't take much for competitors to steal substantial edible market share if this is the best Canopy can do. Imo, consumers will choose edibles primarily based on taste.
Sorry Mayham, you probably have this one on ignore.

As a novice cannabis consumer I can say that a 2mg THC piece of chocolate barely had any impact on me (which came at no surprise). But as a bit of a (dark) chocolate snob, this milk chocolate product was one of the best I've had in a long time. With Canopy's partnership with Hummingbird Chocolate Maker, they are able to tap into the intellectual capital one one of the world's best chocolatiers. I'm a happy customer and would gladly recommend this product!
What are you disagreeing with?
