Nice move up

Nice move up This stock is doing well, and up nicely since the Jan 7 special meeting when directors voted in, comments made about Co's bullish prospects, etc.  One thing that disturbs me is the big drop down in Nov which may have been the big S/H'er selling or was it manipulated to allow mgmt to issue millions of options at a much lower strike price (45 cents I believe)?  If anyone has comments on this please respond. Anyway, if you believe in the upside potential of the region (and this Co.) you have to "hold your nose" and hang in there.  BUY it when its down, SELL when it jumps up! I am a short term trader so this stock has definitely caught my eye. CAN ANYONE POST LEVEL 2 QUOTES FOR ME RE: OYL?  Trying to buy lower down. Thanks,
