(nickel/iron DSO mine). Siana is located in Tubod, Surigao del Norte, approximately 35 kilometers from Surigao City and near to Lake Mainit. The Balabag Gold and Silver Mine, which spans a 4,779-hectare Mineral Production Sharing Agreement. The mine is situated within the municipalities of Bayog in Zamboanga del Sur and Diplahan and Kabasalan in Zamboanga Sibugay, Mindanao, Philippines.

17.3 million shares on the ask isn't great.

It means there are 17 million shares from people wanting out who would be happy with .01c when on paper the company is worth more. 17 million shares with what volume looks like on a big day is enough to considerably dampen good news becausee we have to go through those shares before we can move up.
