RE:RE:PE ratio 7.88This is nothing like trst. First off trul has not broken any laws, they are also employing 8000 in Florida in a fully integrated medical situation, which the government is collecting millions and millions in income tax, licensing fees, property taxes ect they dont want to loose. The regulation in Florida is nothing like the restrictive setting we have in Canada ie the packaging, types of products available, marketing restrictions. Most dispensaries in Canada have 40 skus if they are lucky where trul has 250+ different products on their shelves in every store.
Trst was strictly a wholesale producer that was loosing tons of money every quarter prior to getting caught breaking the law. Trul on the other hand has had 6 profitable quarters in a row, is producing, packaging, delivering, and selling their products for top dollar in us currency through their 43 dispensaries throughout Florida, and via their delivery system. Trul also has upwards of 1500 physicians writing prescriptions on a weekly basis adding more business to their retail platform.
The CEO is also a lawyer that has spent a ton of time dealing with issues in the legal system throughout her career, and will likely turn this Grizzly short report situation into a profitable situation long term for the shareholders, which I might add that 70% or more of this company is held by the insiders.
If there was some sort of corruption happening here the share lockup agreement would not have been signed by those insiders, Kim would not have been buying up shares in the open market. Also the kind of legal but criminal behavior we see in many other LP in this industry of massive dilution eroding shareholder value is not present here. In the last 16 months only 3 million warrants of dilution has happened on cash raises of over 130,000,000 usd.
You must be one of those shorts hoping to capitalize on a false, slanderous, short report. I've been following this company closely for several years, and everything in that report is a very opinionated, misleading distortion of information that was already disclosed by this company in its news releases. The hoop houses for example was disclosed as outdoor growing for concentrates, also the fact they have those hoop houses in their outdoor grow allows shelter from the rain, and with air flow from fans the humidity does not matter. The hoop houses make that outdoor grow space extremely viable. Many of the claims in the short report are so far from the real truth.
