Baytex Energy Corp. is a Canada-based energy company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, development and production of crude oil and natural gas in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and in the Eagle Ford in the United States. Its crude oil and natural gas operations are organized into three main operating areas: Light Oil USA (Eagle Ford), Light Oil Canada (Pembina Duvernay / Viking) and Heavy Oil Canada (Peace River / Peavine / Lloydminster). Its Eagle Ford assets are located in the core of the liquids-rich Eagle Ford shale in South Texas. The Eagle Ford shale covers approximately 269,000 gross acres of crude oil operations. Its Viking assets are located in the Dodsland area in southwest Saskatchewan and in the Esther area of southeastern Alberta. It also holds 100% working interest land position in the East Duvernay resource play in central Alberta.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Wow , Brain Acker has a model price of .60Agreed, he had no idea about Baytex and no business commenting...Acker tool pulled a $.60 share value number from a screen in haste and had zero context or hubris to even correct himself. Acker did not know the numbers or company and still mindlessly gave inaccurate advise.  He refers to the previous offshore discovery news to determine the world is awash in oil (without any context to the types of discoveries, API, locations, etc.). Just admit you do not follow the sector and missed the recent run up. What a total fn tool. He needs to go back to tech companies trading at 60 times cash flow like the other chimps. There are some honest BNN presenters but the the majority talk their book for fees or commissions not unlike brokerage 100 percent buy side analysts. They are all conflicted and retail investors should not forget that.  Acker is proof to take BNN guests with a grain of salt or less.
