Well they sold about 10M of those 18M .50c warrants that converted to shares between Sept and the end of the year so yes they were selling at a loss during that time, it was tax loss season.

There is no way they are selling those shares at a loss.  NO WAY.

The barriers around these amounts are very likely the result of MMCAP, but not under 25 cents.

i would expect they are sellers when there is profit to take.  They want to excersis the 35 cent warrants at a profit, and they didn't buy 18,000,000 shares at 50 cents in may to lose.  

They will use the dark pools and will cap price moves until they have used all their shares at that price, but make no mistake they desire a >60 cents SP.
