Honestly speaking I think for your answer you just have to go to the website at WELL and read their goals and objectives/mission statement and compare it to Telus or whoever and you will have your answer.  If you are an investor in the company obviously you have done your due diligence and if not than you should.
If you invested with TIO when Mr. Shahbazi was leading them he carved out a niche with the marganilized and catered to their needs.  I think he has still those ideals when it comes to expanding the health care in this instance.
