I personally think the board of directors are not doing a darn thing to promote this company.
If a company is not succeeding after all of these years shouldn't they get rid of the CEO?
What are the BOD's doing anyway?
Not much by the looks of things.
I'm a little confused why shareholders weren't invloved in the last proxy to vote for the directors.
I didn't recieve any information in regards to a proxy, last summer I believe it was.
Maybe there should be a vote for a different BOD's and CEO.
