RE:$550 million in cash and investments

RE:$550 million in cash and investmentsThats a good question and one that seems to have been overlooked. One could say that the price went down just like that last time when Aimia bought back shares in their previous dutch auction.

This time Aimia's  Offer to Purchase (Nov.19, 2019) for cash agreement on page (iii), they make it clear that the purchase price per common share under offer is below the range of fair market values as determined by the Valuator ( Alexander Captial Group) and at that time the Valuator determined that the fair market share value per Common Share falls within the range of $5.10 to $6.25 CDN per share.

Now with 14,705,883 less common shares that have been absorbed by Aimia.
We have already dropped below 2 previous recent lows at $3.63 and $3.51,(Cdn) and heading  down towards next low of $3.39, or roughly just 80% of the $4.25 Aimia repurchase offer and  66% of aimia's lowest fair market common share value of $5.10. So can anyone please provide any advice to the bewildered common share holder as what the next steps are that will enable Aimia to accrue a higher share value and within what projected time frame?

Thank you and Cheers to all patient Aimia investors
