Hi Garry,
 
Good to hear from you. No, Cypress does not currently have water rights in Nevada but something we have been working on. I believe Willoughby said REE’s would be included in PFS previously but will check again and get back to you. I know there is lots of back and forth right now between Willoughby and Ausenco as PFS nears completion. We still have to wait for recent test work to complete, to include and finalize.
