RE:RE:Movement in Bond LitigationCharlene, I would imagine it is because it would complicate and drag out matters even more when they already have the bones of a new financial deal in place with Pallinghurst & IQ? What also intrigues me is where Softbank sits in all of this? I doubt very much they would give up a $100m investment without a fight, and will resist any attempt to dilute any further than the already poor 0.25? Lot of cards still to be played before anyone can say we are all (retail) skint.... ;-) GLTA longs
