- Case 3: The 5gpt assumed is the minimum for for Case 1(the actual data from Gretzky hole #99 is 5.06gpt, the deepest hole so far).
If grade is believed to be higher, e.g. 15gpt, then the RE for the purple area for Case 1 would be 0.5Moz x 3 = 1.5Moz (and the RE for the entire area: 10s that = 15Moz.
- Case 4: The same thing can be performed for Case 2, by adjusting the gpt-m values in Figure 2, but it's getting complicated. Beside we have no data available between hole 92 and hole 99 (a gap of more than 200m), so I would be reluctant to deviate from the actual data, especially trying to interpolate betweeen the 2 known holes. Unless, we have additional data I would leave this case here.
- Case 5 (Eric Speculation): He said "400m x 400m and expanding fast from 200 x 200". I will assume a width of 10m. Tonnage: 400x400x10x2.8 = 4.45M tonnes. Now it's tricky to pick an average grade. But for 5gpt, the RE for the purple area/volume: 4.45 x 5/31 = 0.7MozAu; for 15gpt the RE would be 3x = 2.1Moz (a lot of ounces for that pocket along the Tabasco strike, up to 900m vertical depth).
- Case 6 (a global estimate for the entire Fenelon foot print 1000m x1000m x1000m) The tonnage: 2.8M tonnes x 1 gpt (should be a minimum) = 2.8 Moz; if the average grade for Fenelon is 5gpt then we would have 14Moz. Imagine huge open pits, just like Detour or Canadian Malartic, but the grade would be better, based on the drill results we have so far.
Take you pick, whatever the number that would make you comfortable.

Case 1: Assumptions:
- 250m width x 500m depth and an average of 10m thick (into the page): 250 x 500x 10 x 2.8 = 3.5M tonnes.
- Grade: minimum 5gpt
- Ounces: 3.5 M tonnes x 5gpt/31 = 0.5Moz
Case 2: Using the gpt-m as shown in Figure 2 as a guide
- 250m x 500m= 0.125M m2
- Straight average (i.e. not weighted) of about 1 holes with values ranging from 51gpt-m to 1091 gpt-m (hole 86, note deepest hole #99 has 76gpt-m: 2015 gpt-m/10 = 201gpt-m
- Ounces: 0.125M m2 x 201gpt-m/31 = 0.81M ounces.
The above estimates are for a 200m section along the Tabasco zone strike (running in the NW-SE direction, as shown in Figure 1. Note also that there are many more zones beside Tabasco in Figure 1. As an order of estimate assessment I would say one can apply a factor of 10x on the above results considering the strike length of 1km (only 250m was assummed), and the coverage area of about 1km (perpendicular to the strike). Hence the RE would be expected to be of the order 5M-8Moz Au.
Any comments on the above approach?
