Perfect timing

Perfect timingI Believe they have offers on the table, nothing is signed because they are waiting for the perfect timing OR they are still trying to get more of the offer ... The rise in LMNL value & volume since the end of December proves to me that clearly well connected people are aware of good news coming. Interesting to see! IMO
