If that is true, why would the company not elaborate on this fact in the press release? That is critical info which would definitely affect one's decision on whether to hold or not. Either way, whether thru incompetence (perhaps mixed up placebos and actual drug), flawed data processing, or perhaps sabotage, a lawsuit(s) is/are likely.
