RE:buying shares in the uk

Greetings. I’m here in the USA. I bought Mineworx shares on the OTC through TD Ameritrade before the spinout. At the time of spin-out ticker EVLLF was deposited into my account. Since I don’t want to open up an account on the Toronto exchange I’ve been buying under EVLLF ever since. As to whether EVLLF shares are equalevnt or a not as good as ETI shares, I do not know.
