RE:BoD and interim ceo

RE:BoD and interim ceoWe got the news with the guidance NR Dun, we just need to see it start to play out and we have scratched the surface for that...and everything looks very good but we need a lot more info...there is no indication yet that any revenue was missed that I am aware of. We will have to see FQ2/20 numbers first but the last ~70% will start at the back of next quarter, with the majority to come in FQ4/20.

Fired looks to be an excessive term, as he is sitting on the BofD, so unless there is some reason we haven't heard about I don't think there is anything wrong with Dhaliwal. It appears that not unlike millions of other people, including me, you and probably the rest of the folks on the board, that he just doesn't have the skill set required for the job they are filling?

The daily volume has been picking up pretty good of late but when there will be any material shift in SP could be anytime over the coming weeks/months...and no indication of concern anywhere so far but we will need the news to know, JMHO....Opt

I can only assume that Nav was dropped as he wasn't meeting expectations, maybe due to delays in fit ups at 7acres, or Kitchener, or elsewhere, that ultimately will lead to missed revenue opportunities and more missed quarterly targets/annual target of $150 million.

Why else would he have been fired? It's all about the money and the board lost confidence in his ability to deliver. JMO.

So, where does that leave us? At 48 cents a share. How much of a miss will the upcoming quarters be? How much is already priced in? Don't know.

Ive averaged down.,,again today. It was not my plan to do so, this was supposed to be a trade again, but I didn't pull the trigger the day before those last quarterlies as I thought fire was different and would have reported better results.

It is what it is, there might very well be more pain coming, I hope not too much, but I really hope that the BoD and our new interim ceo don't wait too long to make some positive announcements. We need their leadership and this is their time to shine and lead us out of the fire.
