E & P Manager is still in place
E & P Manager is still in place On speaking to management today, I was told that the Exploration and Production Manager, Mr Lozada Aguilar is still in place. He did not get fired. He appealed the decision and the Federal Court did suspend the decision levied against him. So he is still on the Job.
He is familiar with all of the negotiations and the Letter of Intent. He is still in the position and can sign the Letter of Intent. This is before him at present and it could be signed off any day. (It could be tomorrow, it could be next week. Whenever he gets it done.)
Once the Letter Of Intent is signed, it is my understanding from talking to management that there will be a number of steps through to the Migration and a Licence Agreement.
I will provide further info in subsequent posts.
