RE:Some sober thoughts

RE:Some sober thoughtsGood post. The only part I disagree completely is regarding the book value, it's not exact the tangible value per share is negative, really not. I did my own calculations from a private equity point of view, and it's worth much more than current value.

As you said they have very valuable brands, and sales are increasing, distribution is exapanding. As a matter of fact, the other that I was in a major grocery store and saw a HUGE space for Love Child products, not only the purees but also the cereals and snacks, and it wasn't there like 3 weeks ago. It has really huge visibility, and I believe it's selling well.

Regarding last Q, remember also there was provision of $1 million taken under IFRS 9 that management belived they were going to collect it, so it should be included back in next earnings.

Those mentioning the PP and the huge number of new shares, remeber in the PR they said the shares have a 4-month hold period, and Q3 should be out in a few weeks. And those buying are also getting the half warrants at .20 so they believe it will go up back to .30+, it's a very good opportunity imo.
