No rush. There will be no hemp crops planted for another 6 months.

This came off the news release so it appears that it is done. Part of the new guide lines for approval from health canada states that the faciility says that the building has to be complete before applying for the license. Not sure if that applies to radient cause the begining of the construction was started before the amendment to the approval for licensing.
