They can but all the money coming into the stock is retail investors not inside CEO etc.

remember this was up at .70 and was the target of heavy shorting that seemed dirty but looks as though all of that money is gone. Nethouse shows nothing to get this up over .65 again. Looking at the releases in the last few months it seems it should be up over $1.00.

We shall see....
