Not only did you miss the bullseye, you pretty much missed the dartboard.
GE bought a company called Arcam back in 2016 for about $700 million. Arcam had a small subsidiary by the name of AP&C (Raymor to me) that had an agreement at one time with Pyrogenesis to produce some powders. The powder production agreement was trivial at best and had nothing to do with GE's purchase of Arcam and AP&C (Raymor) was never a part of Pyrogenesis.
