RE:RE:ISCFA show the $6 million order to California BioScience Great post drmaddogs2. Too many people gloss over NRs once and then move on and miss the subtleties (though they're not all that subtle ...)
I suspect we'll see news on the Romanian facility very soon. I believe that is the catalyst that many have been waiting for to prove that Stil is making serious progress.
In the meantime their Poland facility is running around 1000 kgs of isolate production per month. They are running double shifts but the second shift is prepping the facility for GMP certification. Remember all the samples that were sent out to prospective clients? There's zero chance that no deals have been made from that effort. But there's no use announcing the deals until Romania is in order. Once we get that news (Romania up and running) I would be willing to bet that we hear about the deals that have been struck.
Bioscience is a big deal in itself and as you mentioned, there's no set number of kgs that will be sent their way. They will be shipping there to maintain steady revenue but also looking at higher value contracts for smaller volumes to increase their revenue. And honey oil is fetching $6 k/kg so there's an opportunity to increase revenue there as well
We know that Romania has a contract with Dragonfly at $ 3cdn per gram. It will produce cash instantly once production begins. I've been told that the facility is packed with hemp. They will also have tolling contracts out of the facility.
The share price action has been rough lately due to the 6-8 week delay getting the Poland facility ramped up which caused this. I've been taking advantage of this situation to lower my average considerably.
Put it all together and they'll be generating significant revenue in the short term. They've made great progress over the last 6 months or more and now it's time for our investment to pay off. Cheers.
