change their model? You "assume" management is aware?... yeah thanks for the response. I haven't heard any company plans as to how they will deal with the immediate access to low interest cash if SAFE act passes. At a P/E ratio of 58 their revenue needs to double to be in line with giants like Google, who aren't facing legislation that would stunt their tragactory. No one seems to be talking about this.

However, that seems to be a few years off.

I am assuming management is well aware of this.  IIPR has a good brand and understand the industry.  Their growing experience could position them before traditional financing sources with no experience at the moment.
