Yes we pay DDb a monthly fee.  As I have previously stated, we have seen NO signals that anything is up and back up business is as usual.  Many on this Forum have posted the Financial woes of DDB and I have to assume they are truthful in light of the SP, lack of news or anything material.

Hammer, you dont need to assume anything. Check the articles I posted earlier on DDB and check their SEDAR fianancials. There are LOSING 25% of their customer base every year and now they happen to be unprofitable and burning a lot of cash. unless something changes drastically, this is headed for a collapse.
