There is a rumour and it is just a damn rumour that there is a good chance that Tim sold the company before he died, that is why DDB is blantantly not entertaining a friggin thing and Mrs. Timmay is there to sign papers. 
I have no clue what to make of over 3ooK bulls bid @.05 and nobody buying @.01

MNB, thank you man. Holly bazookas! Did Tim really made a deal befor ehe [assed? Where did you hear that? That would be messed up. forst you need to disclose this in the financials and news. This is a material event as a public company, you need to disclose ASAP. not sure what is ahppening anymore, those guys at SWIS are long gone doing their thing. They were interested in DDB's tech as they had large customers for it. Now I hear they will develop it in house in the coming several months. Probably better and part of their product portfolio, and cheaper than buying DDB.

I dont think Tim sold the company before becuae ethis is a MAJOR material event that should have been disclosed. UNLESS, there was an unwritten agreement and some deals made and now slowly this is unraveling. Who knows. Ask Siva. No one can hear from this guy?
