NGZ ARE WE GOING TO GET LUCKY IS THE DEAL GOING THROUGH?

@rane123 If the deal goes through there will be nice cash coming for two years. Perhaps acquiring a new project. Financing for exploration would be secured right away. The market cap seems to be CAD 4.5 Million at the moment and the deal is worth CAD 23.4 Million.

@rane123I bought here recently a few shares just in case they are able to make this deal or a even a better deal to happen. Won't be a long wait for news. The deadline is next weeks wednesday. In the two most recent news they have hinted about interest for the project not just by Alberdi Energy S.A.. In the November 7 news "NRG is free to negotiate and/or accept competing offers, and upon such acceptance, notify Alberdi it has five business days to meet or beat the competing offer." and "NRG has received significant interest in the HMN Project.". Also in the December 3 news "A “HMN Project” data room has been setup for Alberdi Energy and additional interested parties to access the exploration information and details of the Preliminary Economic Assessment for the HMN Project filed on SEDAR on August 12, 2019."
