He has not proven being a good manager at delivering contracts on time and with a good sense of customer satisfaction.

Now that all that could be sold to improve FCF has been sold, he has to move over to let someone in who has made his marks at delivering projects in time with good product quality.

Just the mere fact that a new manager with a good reputation would come in, would have an immediate and direct impact on share value and improvement of capitalization of the corporation.
