Taking worker class phycology, wih such CEO payment how can I work responsibly and delligently? bbd is in totally different situation of bb when 5Y plan started. bb had huge chuck of cash and sharehoder's equity. bbd's case was just robbery to share holders including the family. 1st step of change shall be finding a new ceo inspired by great achievements other than money who should agree to take big money later.
