RE:RE:RE:RE:Express "Material Change Report" released...

RE:RE:RE:RE:Express "Material Change Report" released...I tried to explain how this would go down in a number of previous posts.  Trex is not the real vulture (well, they are vultures but they're not the ones stealing the company).  They are the smoke and mirrors acting on behlf of Amber and Paulson, who are the real vultures behind the scenes.  This was their plan from the get go.  They let a few more "concerned shareholders" (Wolfe et al) sit at the table to continue moving the agenda along, but they intend to eliminate as many other investors as possible.  I'd bet my life that the money behind Trex is really coming from them and Trex is just the face to disguise and help execute the crime. Take a look at my previous posts from a few years back for details on how they make this sort of thing work.

Ask yourself this question.  EOM is not the only public company going through arbitration with the Colombian government over this right now are they?...but do you see any of the other companies playing these unprecidented games and burning through millions and millions of dollars a year on it?  Nope!  That because it isn't to support the arbitration procedings, it's an undisclosed hostile takeover full stop.  You can blame Tenor/Trex for being party to the scheme, aiding and abetting if you will, but let's not lose sight of the real crooks here. The ones gobbling up your share of the company are Amber, Paulson and anyone else sitting at the table with them.  They're the ones that will walk away with hundereds of millions in their pockets in the end.
