There is An article talking about that they need to have these extra production plants to get the loan to pay off this upcoming debt. I can't explain it as I'm a mental linguist. Just research it and the answer will be there for you. They had to do it this way. They have lots of deals already with companies. Tilray, shoppers drug mart. Management know what they are doing. They are a bunch of crafty foks, that id probably punch in the face if I ever met them. But they are making themselves rich and keeping three business alive at the same time. Just wait for their revenues and things will be great!
