Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Distribution Declared = NR = :>)Really!? your point is a mute point. All REIT's were trading higher 5 years ago. Get into a time machine and get yourself back there. Otherwise this is the new reality and I rather have a sustainable business than get a 8% yield for a year.

I wish Cominar was $19 again, Dream was $39, and Brokfield was $32, but it is 2019 and if you got AX.Un for $11:50 or lower you should feel really good about it.
