The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. Really!? your point is a mute point. All REIT's were trading higher 5 years ago. Get into a time machine and get yourself back there. Otherwise this is the new reality and I rather have a sustainable business than get a 8% yield for a year.

I wish Cominar was $19 again, Dream was $39, and Brokfield was $32, but it is 2019 and if you got AX.Un for $11:50 or lower you should feel really good about it.
