It shows the importance of doing the math for these deals and also the financials.
It was clear to me when the acq. was announced there was just no way the math added up and I have seen this before with these app. deals.  Most of them much like Nortel's software/platform acq. went to ZERO>

Georgie Boy should be fired whether encompetance or worse.
