One surely does not want a CFO to be 'trading' the stock he does the accounting for... Hmm, wonder at what price points he sold the $1.5M  .... and WHEN (what time frames).

NOT ONLY are we shareholders more committed to the company ...more skin as theturk12 indicated but we are also more LONGER term than he an executive 'of sorts'.

Arias, i assume you (or someone on your behalf) keeps an eye on the stockmarket chatter....PLEASE keep an eye on what CLEAVE is up to ... as, from a  shareholder perspective, this activity does NOT LOOK GOOD and would, furthermore, call it out as inappropriate !
