Tough days but there is light at the end of the tunnel??Hard to know what's true and not true with the amount of misinformation being posted and the ligitimate concerns of investors being so underwater expressing frustration. I see the main issue's are us investors not truly understanding how long it takes to get these businesses running with crops coming and having them tested by HC so that they can be labeled the exact THC and CBD percentages for medicinal and recreational use and the massive long term short attack by those with patience and capital trying to flush out weak hands. make money up, make it down, then up again if it happens. With RQB I truly think we will get that up and go long. here's a few points.
I don't understand the recent huge dulition for this app and the lack of lock up period. why, please explain George? Big concern no hiding that.
Outside that major thing that I hope is clarified soon, there doesn't seem to be all the negatives people are posting here. True the news releases and tweets with details stopped and that sucks but they have their reasons, but that doesn't mean everything is falling apart.
1. The gardens work or else whoever is buying new ones from Rotogro are idiots as is George for building over 300 after doing years of reasearch. But they do work and RQB tested 6 or 8 strains already and HC tested the results and the black market has used them for years. Even if it's lower quality it could be used for extraction as it's faster and cheaper than greenhouse but it's high quality indoor. My point is it's weed, it's not hard to grow. They work and the microbes reasearch with McGill is ground breaking making things even better. 220 to 270 plants per garden. amazing
2. Timing and claimed internal delays. Just not the case. April 5 started from seed in Edmonton which means the very awesome quick growing gardens could not have pumped out product for sale by end of July; especially with the 2 grow cycles needed for testing by HC. fact, statements otherwise are wrong. Since testing needs to be done why not test 6 to 8 strains (so cool multiple strains were grown by different 6 packs of gardens in same room) and don't grow 3 rooms worth when you don't have the approval of HC. george is the man that helps other LP fix mistakes so he will be meticulous and slow to make sure none are made at his property. These claims that they should have filled 3 rooms immediately mean to me you are bashers because again there is NO WAY 3 rooms should have been filled meaning 29,000 plants before HC got to test even the results of 1 plant. stop already.
The complaint is to HC for delaying their license to April 2019.
- Markham - why not more product out of there? well growing from seed and having 1st crop for HC would have been done around June of 2018 then second crop maybe 2 months later because they were smart to get a second going so August. Then ramp up production and crop by end of year which was sold to Wayland? then another crop in April and maybe by July 2019 another one?? So there is a concern, where is the Markham production sales revenue? why not more sales for the July 2019 quarter cut-off? My thought today on this is that product went to Wayland for the 2 million they received in advance and so it didn't count as additional revenue.
3. Patent issue - concerning but they filed a major counter claim and seem so confident so fingers crossed. George also talking about selling machines and significat revenue this year from that; no way that was flat out huge lies or yeah we screwed. so just not a major thing and as CafBacon sd, almost every company out there got their ideas elswhere including the likes of FB, Google, etc.
4. JV - gosh I hope nothing bad here so I will defer to Baron's point of let's believe since no word otherwise. The lack of news is weird but that's across all fronts these days. They were supposed to have a lease for a building in Portugal by now and I would have thought that was news worthy but maybe not.
5. Expensive marketing campaign - hopefully it pays off and when the god news starts it keeps flowing week after week and they earn their pay
6. Microbe development, light development, McGill relationship why no news? Again same as all other topics, why not save it all for when the market starts moving which it has this year. nothing would have fought the crashing sector, over supply, debenture overhang anyway.
7. Debentures - we can only hope they don't renew with same people and have secured a loan somewhere that is not a convertable debenture again. We know George has been laser focused on this issue and hopefully we get news soon of the solution. deadline beginning March.
8. Rooms 4 to 8 amendment - why wasn't this submitted in earlier, maybe it was and it's just taking forever. Maybe they waited because they knew it was going to be months until testing was done and that they thought it would process faster. maybe it went back and forth a few times and each time takes a few months. The rooms are there and ready we know that and that's what matters.
Debenture deadline, rooms 4 to 8, and Feb and March reports all in the next few months, the answers will come.
Here's hoping it's all good and up we go. The parts are there, just need them all to come together.
