RE:round top mine prospects vs Bokan mine prospects

RE:round top mine prospects vs Bokan mine prospects

My research today led to the suggestion that the REE's to be sent to China were yytrium and scandium. Round Top is reported to have these. Bokan, anyone?

There is a Ucore press release from May 24, 2016, claiming that Scandium has been separated at greater than  99% from other REE using MRT.

So my question is, why ship this stuff off to the Chinese..... a quid pro quo result of negotiation?

What else might be going on that we have no exposure to?
