here is my proposal

I am prepared to waive all rights on all of these other TUO 30 properties of which I am currently owner. Take everything as a gift. The only thing I insist on is the share I currently own of Treaty Creek. Spinoff TC 1:1 and give me my corresponding shares, set in a director like Zorg I can trust and you can keep the whole rest. I stand by my word!
