RE:RE:RE:UCU, TMRC, REEMF and LYCAl:  Faulty logic. Then I guess we better assume that Lynas, with its plan for a Texas heavy rare earths refinery, also must not have made a submission because they also have not released a PR stating that they have.  And, in this case, they issued an earlier PR stating that they would apply.  But of coarse Lynas applied as they are a shoo-in in for winning at least one of the grants with their assured supply of feedstock and the heavy rare earths refinery--exactly what the Army is asking for.
