If INP want to sell new shares now, it must sell them at market price which is below Book Value.
My recent posting is correct .

If INP would sell shares above BV, it would be good for shareholder but as of now, INP could not sell them at $1.20.

I heard rumor that POGO is overwhelmed by my post denouncing her lack of logic along with the lack of logic of everybody who do not understand the PLAN
