WRONG........... Dec 19, 2013 VMS Ventures Agrees to Settlements With Internet Posters , and I think it was GOLD Corp did the same before that and the fines were much higher.


Those other cases had actual people identified. Theralase was able to proceed in the case and was successful despite no iddividual being identified. That is the precident.
