My friend in BC tried myHealthaccess & he showed me how easy it was, but he is one of the patients in their echo system. Right now virtual visits are only offered to within in BC (covered by MSP) and the experiance was great.

My understanding is that Premier wanted to make sure that the app is working without any issues before launching it to wider clinics across the Country. For example, here in Montreal, the gouv still has no billing codes for Telemedicine. However I believe they plan to also offer some form of private coverage in stages across Canada. 

Think of everyone you know that would love to see their doctor at the tips of their phone without leaving their homes.
