BPY.UN will replace Encana Corp in the S&P/TSX 60 index effective prior to open of trading on
Friday January 24, 2020. I am pretty sure that all the S&P/TSX 60 index Mutual funds and ETF's
have to buy some BPY.UN. it may entice Dividend funds also. That could be the reason for the last few days upside.
