Maybe I've missed it...

...BUT...What do we know in terms of:

1. What will be the initial float of Spin Co.?
2. What does a current ownership of, say, 1000 shares of TUO get us in terms of number of shares in Spin Co.?
3. What happens with the currently-held TUO shares?
3. Will Spin Co. be tradeable from day one for we U.S. investors over the OTC...and will it be pink sheets (with displayed bid/ask) or gray sheets (with no bid/ ask shown here?)

Also, did everyone else get the email from Barry talking about how these spin-offs have worked for shareholders of other Spin Cos.?
