They are not controlled by good wish of MGMT, the are realized by eng. and front workers. So many years, a deteoriating reputation has put work force in a simple change of money by their working time mode. Who cares about qualty? MGMT. will it work? no. If CEOtake one dollar salary before turning profitable, the situation will be changed back.
